The Georgia Senate just narrowly approved a partial government takeover of gold and silver.
This is urgent, and I need your help... The hearing is THIS THURSDAY!
If Senate Bill 424 isn't stopped, it will spawn a big government scheme that gives Georgia bureaucrats power to manage, oversee, and control the purchase, sale, storage, and use of gold and silver by Georgia citizens.
At the same time, SB 424 would put the state government itself into direct competition with private Georgia businesses in the gold space offering the same services.
Make no mistake, the idea of the government "managing" everyone's gold is pro-Big Government, anti-free market, and anti-privacy to its very core.

More than 10 states have already rejected similar bills -- recognizing the government gold takeover scheme for what it is.
Utah's governor vetoed a similar bill last year, calling it "operationally impracticable" while flagging conflicts of interest from self-interested vendor(s) who proposed the public-private partnership scheme in the first place.
Senate Bill 424 effectively establishes a Central State Digital Currency (CSDC) in Georgia. Similar to a Central Bank Digital Currency, this imposes the same type of government-run money control scheme that central planners have lusted after for years.
